From the convenient location just opposite the train station to the spacious and comfortable room, every aspect exceeded my high expectations. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness stood out, going above and beyond to recommend hidden gem dining spots like Pfistern, offering a delightful culinary experience beyond the typical Swiss fare. The attention to detail, such as complimentary fruits and drinks, showcased the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Monopol Luzern provided a truly exceptional Alpine escape, combining convenience, comfort, and exceptional service seamlessly.
